Not only do they hold pastry baking to a much higher standard, which is why I'd never be able to visit or I would become morbidly obese in very little time, but they make other cool things too. Gobelins and other such stuff aside (If you haven't seen The Illusionist yet you probably need to) I'm geeking out over A Monstre à Paris, which if I had the money to, would fly to France the day it comes out just to see it.
